Movement Day Greater Dallas Conference features BridgeBuilders as Urban Missions Expert

BridgeBuilders has been working closely with the Movement Day Greater Dallas leadership in preparation for the 2018 Movement Day Greater Dallas Conference. This year’s conference will be held February 24 at Dallas Baptist University, starting at 8:00 am and concluding at 1:00 pm.

The mission of Movement Day Greater Dallas (MDGD) is to unite the body of Christ around a common purpose in order to achieve measurable progress against the greatest spiritual, social, and humanitarian challenges facing the city. If you are concerned about the welfare of your city, MDGD is an opportunity for you to come together and collaborate with Christians from across the Metroplex.

Noted speakers include:

·      Greg Laurie, Senior Pastor of Harvest Fellowship in Riverside, California
·      Dimas Salaberrios, Founder of Dynamic Life of Bronx, NY
·      Ron Hall, Co-Author of Same Kind of Different as Me
·      Gary Frost, Co-Founder of The Hope Consortium, Brooklyn, NY
·      Roger Sutton, Founder of The Gather Movement, Manchester United Kingdom

Our own Sarah Conner will stand in for BridgeBuilders’ president, Michael Craven (who will be attending the wedding of his son). Sarah brings over ten years of experience with BridgeBuilders and offers unique insight on the issues confronting the church with regard to serving the poor and solving the problem of inner-city poverty.

Sarah will be representing BridgeBuilders on a panel discussion addressing job creation and poverty alleviation. Additionally, Sarah will share more about BridgeBuilders’ unique approach to workforce development and poverty alleviation during the Lunch & Learn session.

Tickets are only $35 so register early.
