DONATE FOR FOUNDERS’ DAY
Can’t make it to the dinner? You can still make a difference!
What is Founder’s Day?
Founders Day is a celebration of the vision, passion, and impact of BridgeBuilder’s co-founders, Velma Mitchell and Mike Fechner. Their unwavering commitment to South Dallas laid the foundation for the transformative work that continues today. This special day honors their legacy–not just by looking back at what has been accomplished, but by embracing the future with renewed energy and purpose.
The Founders’ Day Dinner is an opportunity to come together in gratitude, recognizing the lives changed through their efforts and the partnerships that have grown from their vision. It is also a pivotal moment to cast a vision for the next chapter of impact in South Dallas. Whether attending the dinner or giving to the Founders’ Day campaign, every supporter plays a role in advancing the mission of BridgeBuilders–restoring hope and transforming communities.
Contributions are solicited with the understanding that BridgeBuilders has complete control and administration over the use of donated funds. It is the position of BridgeBuilders that any donation given in response to an appeal for a specified project will be used for that purpose. Occasionally, BridgeBuilders raises more money for a project than is needed, or the project is delayed or canceled. In making your donation to this project you acknowledge that this situation may occur and agree that BridgeBuilders may allocate these funds to other projects.
